Our FLIR thermal imaging cameras detect temperature differentials across the roof surface that indicate moisture intrusion, insulation gaps, ventilation deficiencies, and active leak pathways. Moisture trapped beneath shingles or within the roof deck creates a measurably different thermal signature than dry material, allowing us to map the exact boundaries of water damage that would be completely invisible during a visual-only inspection.
